Code of Conduct
Welcome to Tabletop Legends - a community of players, storytellers, and friends. Whether you’re here to slay dragons, build empires, or survive a cyberpunk alleyway shootout, we play by a few simple rules.
1. Everyone’s Welcome
We don’t care who you are, what you play, or how long you’ve been playing - everyone deserves a seat at the table. Be inclusive, patient, and kind.
2. Respect the Party
Treat fellow players, Games Masters (GMs), and organisers with the same respect you’d expect for yourself. No bullying, gatekeeping, or discriminatory language. Ever.
If a scene or topic makes someone uncomfortable, we pull back - no questions asked.
Always ensure as a player of GM you are clear on themes, topics and tone of each game you participate in, in advance.
3. Play Fair
Rules are there to make the game better, not to win it.
Own your mistakes, roll your dice in the open, and keep things fun for everyone.
Note: Real-world gambling or betting on in-game outcomes is not allowed.
We play for stories and fun, not stakes.
4. Keep It Safe
We share physical and emotional space - so take care of both.
-
Respect the venue, the tables, and the people around you.
-
No alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behaviour during sessions.
-
Follow safety and content guidelines at all times.
5. Speak Up
If you see or experience something that doesn’t feel right, tell a committee member.
We’ll listen, take it seriously, and act discreetly. Silence helps no one; community protects everyone.
6. Have Fun
This club exists to celebrate imagination and friendship.
Show up, roll the dice, tell great stories, find adventure - and help others do the same.
By joining Tabletop legends, you agree to uphold this Code.
We’re here to build a community where everyone leaves with more inspiration than they arrived with.
